Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy - BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL

At BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or unforeseen circumstances may lead to an order change. Our policy is designed to offer a clear and fair process for returns, replacements, and cancellations.


 

1. Return/Replacement Policy

 

Return is a scheme provided directly under this policy, offering you the option of exchange, replacement, or refund for eligible products.

  • Eligibility Window: Return, replacement, or exchange is provided within 7 days after the delivery of the product.

  • Reasons for Return/Replacement: This option is offered if the product received is damaged/defective or if the customer faces any size issue (where applicable).

  • Product-Specific Policies: Please note that all products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. The returns/replacement policy explicitly provided on the individual product page shall prevail over this general returns policy for all products. Refer to the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions.

  • Delivery Address: Pick-up for return or delivery of replacement cannot be processed to a different address than the original delivery location.

Conditions for Return/Replacement: Your product will be thoroughly checked against the following conditions upon return:

  • Correct Product: The product’s name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and barcode should match the original order. The MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible (should be intact as received).

  • Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combo items (if any) must be present and returned along with the main product.

  • Unused Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

  • Undamaged Product: The product must be free from any physical damage, including scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

  • Undamaged Packaging: The product’s original packaging/box must be undamaged.


 

2. Refund Policy

 

For any products for which a refund is to be given:

  • The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL and successfully inspected, confirming its condition as mentioned in the return/replacement policy.

  • In certain cases where BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be issued to the original source of payment.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 business days from the day the conditions for a successful return (as per point 1) are fulfilled.


 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Customer Initiated Cancellation: A customer can cancel an order before the order is dispatched.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: You cannot cancel the order once it is out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep during delivery.

  • Cancellation by BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL:

    • In case of any cancellation from BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability, logistical issues), a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

    • BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to accept or deny the cancellation of any order at any time.

    • We make every effort to supply the products listed in your order confirmation. However, in some situations, we may need to cancel your order. For example:

      1. The item is no longer in stock.

      2. The item is no longer being produced by the manufacturer.

      3. There is a significant price fluctuation beyond our control.

      4. A Third Party (e.g., supplier, logistics partner) notifies us that cancellation is necessary.

    • If this is the case, BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL will cancel your order, promptly notify you of the cancellation, and timely refund the money you have paid toward the order. Unless the case involves violations of applicable national law, the refund of the money you have paid toward an order will be the extent of BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL’s liability to you for a cancelled order.
