BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL specializes in providing a wide range of medical and hospital equipment, including but not limited to Surgical Equipment, Medical Equipment, Hospital Laboratory Equipment, Hospital Equipment, Wheel Chairs, Hospital Beds, Hospital Furniture, and Medical Ventilators. All products and services are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in [e.g., Indian Rupees (INR)] unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges, which will be added at checkout.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Net Banking, UPI, Visa / Master Card / Rupay, and Cash (where applicable). All payments must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

• Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure all pricing and product information on the Site is accurate. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• Customer Cancellation: You can cancel an order before the order is dispatched. You cannot cancel the order once it is out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

• Cancellation by BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL: BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to accept or deny the cancellation of any order at any time. We make every effort to supply the products listed in your Order Confirmation. However, in some situations, we may need to cancel your order. For example:

  1. The item is no longer in stock.

  2. The item is no longer being produced by the manufacturer.

  3. There is a significant price fluctuation beyond our control.

  4. A Third Party (e.g., supplier, logistics partner) notifies us that cancellation is necessary. If this is the case, we will cancel your order, promptly notify you of the cancellation, and timely refund the money you have paid toward the order. Unless the case involves violations of applicable national law, the refund of the money you have paid toward an order will be the extent of BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL’s liability to you for a cancelled order.

7. Warranty Policy

Products purchased from BIO MEDITECH INTERNATIONAL come with a limited warranty as per the manufacturer’s conditions.

• Coverage: Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, software, consumable items, or accessories, even if packaged or sold together with the Product. This warranty is only redeemable within the original country or region of purchase.

• Defect Coverage: The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials.

• Making a Claim: To make a claim, please present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), the model and serial number of the Product, and photo evidence of the Product’s defects to the manufacturer directly.

• Repair & Replacement: Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will be as per the manufacturer’s terms.

The limited warranty does NOT cover:

• Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.

• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.

• Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen (if applicable).

• Devices that have the serial number removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

• Ordinary wear and tear.

• Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by the manufacturer.

• Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by the manufacturer.

   

• Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

   

• Repair conducted by unofficial repair centers.

8. User Account
